Back 40 Outreach pro staffers John Bornstein and J.D. Blackburn had the privilege of sharing the boat with pro angler/guide Sam Bass (www.samthebassman.com) of Section, AL March 27th on Lake Guntersville.
Sam proved to be outspoken about many things including; bass fishing, his small business and the power of God to change people. Attendees at the 5th Annual Jeff Lambert Memorial Fishing Tournament will have a chance to fish with Sam on his home lake over the weekend of April 18th. Sam will be speaking to the group Saturday night and will certainly not hold back his thoughts.
The Pro Anglers Association featured Sam recently in an article about Mr. Bass on its website at www.fishpaa.com. The men of Back 40 Outreach are thankful for gentlemen like Sam that wear their faith on their sleeve.
As for the fishing on March 27th…lots of fish were caught and the Back 40 guys managed to squeeze a few secret hotspots out of Sam for the third weekend of April.
